OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Sub: IMPLEMENTATION OF GOVERNMENT DECISION ON REVISION OF PENSION/FAMILY PENSION TO 50%/30% RESPECTIVELY OF THE MINIMUM OF REVISED SCALE UNDER NAGALAND SERVICES ROP RULES, 1999 FOR ALL STATE PENSIONERS AND FAMILY PENSIONERS IRRESPECTIVE OF THE DATE OF RETIREMENT.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department Office Memorandum of even number dated 8^th February, 2005 on the subject cited above and to say that the Accountant General, Nagaland will be sending the cases of non-gazetted pensioners to the respective Heads of Department for verification of service particulars for revision of their pension under the above referred Office Memorandum. All the Heads of Department are, therefore, requested to get all such cases verified at their level, as far as practicable, on the basis of the departmental records and return the verified cases to the Accountant General at the earliest possible time so as to avoid delay in revision of pension in respect of the pensioners to be benefited under the said Office Memorandum.
