No.FIN/GEN/ASSEMBLY-32/2005 :: In exercise of the powers conferred under Clause (iii) of Section 1 of the Nagaland Money Lenders Act, 2005 (Act No.6 of 2005), as published by the Department of Justice and Law, Government of Nagaland in the Nagaland Gazette Extra-ordinary Publication vide notification No.LAW/ACT-1/2005 dated 5^th November, 2005, the Governor of Nagaland is pleased to notify that the said Act shall come into force with effect from 1^st May, 2006.
