NOTIFICATION

 

APPOINTMENT OF ADDITIONAL CHANNELISING AGENCY FOR NMDFC

 

           The Governor of Nagaland is please to appoint M/S Hornbill Finance Limited, a Non Banking Financial Company registered with the Reserve Bank of India bearing registration NO. B O8.00167 dated 7^th November 2003 and located at Grace Mansion, Circular Road, Dimapur, Nagaland as an additional Channelising Agency for the State of Nagaland for National Minority Development & Finance Corporation  with  immediate effect. This appointment is subject to the terms and conditions as executed under the Deed of Agreement between the Government of Nagaland and M/S Hornbill Finance Limited.

 

           The maximum limit for M/S Hornbill Finance Limited to secure loan from the NMDFC will be the guaranteed  amount of Rs. 5 crores (Five crores) only.
