NO.CT/LEG/14/93: In partial modification to this Department Notification of even number dated 5-9-05 the power of the Commissioner of Taxes under Section 83 to 90, 94, 97 and Rules 34, 35, 36, 66, 67, 72, 74, 76 of the Nagaland Value Added Tax Rules, 2005 under the Nagaland Value Added Tax Act, 2005, are also delegated to the Superintendent of Taxes, Dimapur, Kohima, Mokokchung, Tuensang, Mon, Wokha, Phek and Zunheboto.
