N O T I F I C A T I O N

 

           In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Nagaland Value Added Tax Act, 2005, Act 4 of 2005, read with rules 4 and 5 of the Nagaland Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, it is hereby notified that the powers of the Commissioner of Taxes, Nagaland under sections 64, 66 and 67 of the Nagaland Value Added Tax Act, 2005, read with rules 65, 66 and 67 of the Nagaland Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, are delegated to the Assistant Commissioner of Taxes, Mobile Squad and the Superintendent of Taxes, Mobile Squad, Nagaland, Dimapur in respect of transportation, deliveries/dispatches of taxable goods by road, rail or air including post offices, air offices and railways.

          

This Notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
